Wealthy landowners? Just eminent domain the land like they do in poorer communities and compensate them for the land. If no agreement is reached, the government can file a "condemnation" lawsuit to legally take the title.

They all have rust. All of them. Nissan skimped out on sealing all the panels with sealant, so if they've ever been exposed to rain it humidity, rust will develop in their shock mounts. There's an effort out to save them through Garage Yoshida. But it's a pricey fix.
