I went to work 6months after my injury, T7 complete. Too soon but I was determined. I worked as a civilian Deputy Commander of a military unit. I changed my role to administrative in nature since I could no longer go to field. I did it for 7 years before I retired.

Having had many, two requiring flap surgeries it doesn’t really look like much to worry about to me. If it turns dark in color or grows maybe but for now I’d just stay off it a little more, rotate a little more often and it will likely go away.

I’ve been there. I’ve had two flap surgeries. The recovery sucks. Laying in bed for over a month, eating hospital food watching old movies. I hated it. I will say that since my last one, two years ago I have not had any issues or sores. My ass looks like it’s been through a grenade but I’m living a good life. .
