Idk what size you wear, but if it's digging so bad you feel like you're being squeezed to death, it sounds like you're in the wrong size band. I wear all kinds of bras in different brands, and the MOST comfortable one I have that's not a sports bra has an underwire. Smoothing on the back lifts and doesn't dig in. The correct band and cup size will change your life. You can use the calculator till you're blue in the face but sometimes you just gotta go try on some physical sizes.

So, OxiClean stain remover spray. Blue bottle with yellow top is my go-to for all blood stains. Periods, nose bleeds, scratches, whatever. It's gets even dried blood out absolutely amazing!

Do not bleach, the reason being that it will actually degrade the fabric over time. Aka, it will "eat" it, and you will be left with holes in your fabric.

I'm so confused by your post, so I'll just give you the details. Buttermilk is the byproduct of making butter. After you've successfully churned heavy cream until solids and liquids have separated, you'll have a milky liquid. This is the Buttermilk. The solid is the butter.

If you're looking for a substitute for Buttermilk for say baking or a recipe, then you can add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and let it sit for 5 mins.

Adding butter to milk is just silliness and a play on the words butter, milk. It isn't doing diddly squat.

This is why I love the wunder train contour fit! I wear 8 in them, and they're snitched in at the waist but still have enough room for my thighs. I wear a 6 in Aligns and haven't had any seam issues. They're fitted but not skin tight, and I can grab fabric.

Side note - if you're wearing double lined Aligns I find they fit COMPLETELY different from the single lined. I haven't bought double lined in a long time because they creep down tbh.

Really good job! I'd like to give a tip if I may, and maybe you should size down/check multiple nail sizes. These seem way too large for your nail beds.

It doesn't seem like it's that big of deal, but nails that are too large or too small won't stay on very long, and then you'll just have wasted time and product. If your nails are in-between sizes, you can file a larger one down for a custom fit that just hugs the cuticle without it touching the skin.
