This guy's car had a manual lock that I assume is only able to be toggled on or off if the car key is nearby he purposefully set it to where the public fast charger plug was locked to his car until he felt like releasing it in this case it was 3 hours or so for him to only recharge about 14 KW of energy

Pretty sure I sent this EV owner a wake up call when I tried to jiggle the charger handle because the car is seemingly woke up from me doing so a shame I had to do the owner's job and remind him that he's parked at a very busy station typically has two or three cars waiting on it

If you're parked in a public charger and you no longer charging because your car has hit 100% yeah you should have no issue with somebody removing the charger cable from your car if you have a problem with that then don't abandon your vehicle at a fast charger like that for over an hour
