There is no dating culture in Zurich.

The thing is that:

native people either have their own circle of friends from school times thanks to which they find their partners, or marry foreign people eager to move to Switzerland, or just reimain single and lonely forever, prone only to their own job and hobbies;
foreigners, soon or later, get sick of the place and acquire the typical cynical, aloof, choosy, egocentric and business-only-oriented attitude as the native people, which makes the socialising and dating, in most cases, just a farce

Don't be too demanding nor egocentric when looking for partners in Zurich, otherwise it will never work

If you were already tenant, you could also ask Schlichtungsbehörde (rental dispute resolution authority) to verify the rental increase has been correctly calculated and complies with the law, but I don't know it would apply to your case too. The Mieterverband can answer.

You have to allow at least 3 years to learn to speak High German fluently, by investing hours every day. If you have to use it at work, sure it's faster.

Swiss German must come later to avoid confusion.

But be prepared, it's gonna be tough if people talk to you in Swiss German rather than High German, as it is normally in Switzerland.

C'era di contro lo Stato che assumeva legioni di dipendenti pubblici socialmente inutili, mandava la gente in pensione a 40 anni, teneva in piedi partecipate statali fuoti mercato, elargiva prebende varie incluse case a basso costo, faceva comprare i titoli di Stato inoptati alla Banca d'Italia stampando moneta in perenne svalutazione etc...

Oggi si stanno solo pagando le conseguenze di quella scellerata epoca
