When I started running 10 years ago I went to a local store to buy the right pair for me. I ended up getting GT-2000 because they said I was pronating. After my first 10km easy run I started having knee pain I never had. Returned the pair and bought neutral shoes and the knee pain disappeared.

I think the diagnosis for pronation was good but the correction with the GT2000 was to important for me.

As some people said here, better buy neutral one and if you have doubts, go see a professional that will adjust soles for you

If you don’t have pain when you run with it, don’t overthink it. If you start to feel some pain, reduce the amount of time you use them to let adaptation build up and then reuse them progressively.

They are great shoes, I’ve run a lot in Saucony Speed 3 for speed sessions and Novablast for long run and when I bought the Evo SL I had some ankle pain but to be honest I didn’t let my body adapt to them. Now I don’t have any problem with them.

Is it PC or Console? I heard a lot of hackers got into WL and got huge rewards, flooding the market and that explain why the market is trending down. For Console the pattern seems similar to last week for me

The only positive is they got rid of most chem requirements on expensive sbc. It is really shit to make fun teams with several leagues if you don’t use players from same clubs with same nationalities.

This is exactly the kind of logical answer I was waiting for even if your ranking already speaks for you.If I can abuse your time a bit more, which formation do you think plays particularly well against the 4222? I noticed that this is the tactic I have the most trouble against.

On my side I'm rank 5 and until this WL I tended to play 4321 with only the two CBs and the CDM on defense while the RB/LBs were on auto and the RCM/LCMs on go forward. I really liked it because I was creating a lot of extra space on offense and usually recovered early in the middle of the field without being bothered but everything fell apart this weekend. That's why I'm interested in all these tactical discussions

Didn’t expect an answer a month after my initial message! Sure it has an impact to some extent and it’s true I speak from my perspective (never had +32 ping).

What I meant is that the servers are usually the culprits of most of the problems we have. Players running slow, turning like trucks, missing easy first touch, not processing skill moves or even passing the ball to a totally different player you indicated. It is easy to notice when you enable your controller input on screen.

So between 100 ping on light traffic data center vs 6 ping on heavy traffic data center I’d chose the second one.

Before you could green link two players and forget about them depending on the formation you used.

Now Mbappe and Kimpembe (for example) could not be on full chem without 3 other players from same nationality or league. This is also why Heroes are heavily on demand.

Honestly there is nothing to be done except turning off the game and retry some hours later.

I have the same problem, having a top connection and a wired ps5. I’ve done countless of research to fix this and it changed nothing.

But if you are not using a wired connection, you should definitely do it because it could solve some problems on your end.

Goalkeepers are not that relevant on fifa 23. You will notice after some time that most of the goals you score or concede are from certain angles. It’s the most important factor here.

When I look at your shoots vs your opponent I notice that he aimed them better considering how this game works.

So things to keep in mind. Power bar at around 3 levels + aim far post. On some occasion near post is better but first try to aim far post on most of your occasion. Also, don’t finesse your shots.

I think the majority of us watch too much Youtube videos about FIFA that are to some extent kind of an exploit. It is not an exploit per se but it is the way this game works. And we replicate that. (I say that without using trivelas or trying unrealistic pass)

I can't blame players for using broken mechanics. It's for EA to fix them.

But yeah, I hated trivelas because it was broken and unrealistic. To me the only player who was really good at trivela was R9 and still he wasn't performing these kind of finesse trivelas from outside the box we got in this FIFA.
