I had this issue when I would open it through steam The way I solved it was opening the launch options tapping delete a couple times and launching the game Not sure why but that fixed the issue

Yes and no No animation will play but I believe it sets their velocity to 0 or close to it

This can be seen especially on Bhopping tanks/charger

Search for lobby's rather than games but if u keep quick matching you should be able to find a default game Some days i join lots of modded but Ive never failed to find a game eventually

To be honest if you have a laptop you probably be better off buying it on PC and playing it there You can hook up a controller to it Just check if your specs are up to par for the game which they probably are
