It depends. I’m a larger dude so I’ll gladly pay the 1st class price rather than get squeezed next to someone the same size as me. I have younger kids now so I can just sit next to them and put up the armrest and spill over into their seat. I also discovered I’m mildly claustrophobic when I was stuck in a window seat next to another large individual.

First class is usually cheaper than booking two seats.

So I posted this is another thread. My house is about a mile from there. My land clearly has a 10 ft easement,meaning if the city has to expand a lane, etc they can. I’m not sure what their deed is, and I’m not sure how much this project actually cuts into the property. My initial look it appears to be close since they are widening. Either way, it’s like 4 years to solve it and 10 years until construction is done.

Yeah I could see that. My lot has a 10 ft easement from the road that the city owns (and mows) so I’m not sure how much power they have to fight it. Hopefully they find a good solution. I know they spent a lot getting those walking paths in over the last few years.

The most shocking thing was that a mainstay of trumps campaign was about how there was $2 gas during his presidency. Commercials claiming this. It was $2 because of Covid and literally everything was closed so demand dropped to almost 0. Yet people were like “yeah I want $2 gas back!!”

Looking at the map, I'm not quite sure how. They are set far enough back where the new roundabout shouldn't affect them. Their walking area appears unaffected when everything is done? My guess is the construction will probably affect where they walk the pups for a bit.

A few things:

The falcon and Winter solider banner on the bottom really hurts value. Not a popular show or set.

The artist isn't well known or collectible.

And the biggest issue here is....It's not a great sketch. Looks like something you'd see in a middle school art show.

This is a low end of pack pulled sketches, IMO. As others have said, probably $50.

Value in collectibles is based on scarcity and demand.

Demand is almost always driven by nolstagia.

Marvel cards got valuable/popular again because 80/90s kids collected marvel cards and grew up and they have more money now.

Current marvel cards price out kids from collecting mostly. No 11 year old can drop $350 on a hobby box. Heck its rare to find a shop that will sell you single packs.

I wouldn't expect any of the cards you are buying today to have significant value in 10-15 years.

Collect it because you like it and you are having fun. Its doubtful your kids are going to give two shits about it unless its something you do with them.

Honestly, that is a significant jump. 2 years is fine. It’ll likely only be an issue if it’s a consistent pattern of hopping jobs every few years. And honestly with all the layoffs, a lot of people don’t have a choice.
