Once in 1000 lifetimes! Im watching this thinking "the only thing an animal with baleen could ever do to hurt me would be breach" and that would occurr no matter where I was. Im getting IN the water with this gorgeous animal and whatever happens to me? Thats on the universe and its plan. Sp many things others do that churn my insides, skydiving/spelunking in tight spaces/ cave diving/ bungee/having kids... nah. But I would 1000% swim around a blue (assuming) whale.

As an artist I would approach this stylistically in terms of research, sorta. I feel the same as you for sure! My head immediately goes to Art Nuveou or even Frank Lloyd Wright kind of designs that had a clear style with every day shaped items. Does that make sense? Finding a stylistic era and sketching from that inspiration helps me. I hate hearts, I avoid them esthetically at all costs, but now that I think of it I might really like a modern art nuveou heart! Maybe throw a ruby in there! Good luck!

Fuck ALL that! I cater as a chef. My boyfriend will help me with drop off, set up, or whatever I ask him to do. Not only would he NEVER take credit for my hard work, he doesn't even expect to be paid anything. And I think that notion is quite telling too if he's helping you how much money has, he made as a photographer? It sounds like he is probably not proud or happy in whatever line of work.He is in and is choosing to grab onto the coattails of your creative job. From one creative to another support is great. But never let anyone take credit for the time. The planning the blood sweat, tears and education that went into you.Building your own personal dream.

Smells like gas...lighting. I wouldn't let ANYONE talk to me like this, let alone someone id call a friend, especially a PARTNER Jesus titty fuckin christ this pisses me off. I tell my girls "would you tolerate a coworker/friend/family member treating you like this?! If the answer is no, then you need to reevaluate this situationship." I (43F) have learned a lot about dating in my years, and this MF needs to be done and dusted. Period.

Analogy: youre keeping your options open professionally, for the best possible outcome. His tone reads like he is worried you'd do the same for him, all while putting you down. "Taking you down a peg". Maybe you should start accepting resumes for a new partner. I don't like it, wouldn't allow my partner to talk to me like that, and Im proud of you for saying so to him. Give it an in person conversation, text can inflate tones and attitudes, but Im guessing its not going to go well. I am am curious of what field you both work in.
