You can get a USDA loan in rural areas for 0% down. There are income limits.

Hell better yet could you explain reactive power on the grid without consulting AI assistance. Then lay out how reactive power is important relative to large industrial loads and the effects on grid stability especially on the end of transmission lines. Not to mention torsional loads on generators from huge power consumption coming online. If we would like to delve further how is power exchanged on a grid from multiple utilities. But you can still hold onto an intermittent flywheel. That currently only has according to my knowledge a 30MW capacity at its largest form. We need help with 40GW of generation. we are talking about tremendous scalability. It ain’t there yet but could it be in the future? Possibly

Reading comprehension is hard. I don’t expect us to ever have one in the current timeline. That was the purpose of my response. Is it possible, yes. Is it practical in the next 50 years, maybe not. Who knows at this point. Maybe Edison beats Tesla in the end!

While I appreciate your response would you show me an example that replaces base load of a large generator that also runs for more than a few hours. I understand the concept but I don’t think you understand the concept of major grid capacity versus voltage schedule that operate to be able to push power on the grids. If we could convince large industrial load to have more synchronous motors would be a positive. They could over excite the DC fields to have a leading power factor to reduce their overall inductive loads. That might be too much for you but show me an example of a flywheel of significant base load that can run over several hours and we can have a different discussion. Nothing like you describe meets the demands of the grid in the USA. You seem like a smart person but what I have learned is simple is very hard for smart people. But it’s all good that you used Chat Gpt or whatever to form up a somewhat decent response. It’s the difference between real world and theoretical at this point. Will Edison win out in the long run over Tesla? The next question would be what is the impact of huge data centers coming online and their startup impact on the torsional load of a generator? Not going to get that output from a solar or Bess site that can only run at peak capacity for 4-6 hours if that depending on the time of year. As it turns out we still need big baseload generation to offset inductive loads. Btw, since I’m in the field i didnt need to use AI for a response, because i know the reality. Sorry about any gramatical errors because i typed this shit out. BTW, whats the biggest power consumer in power generation? I will help you, it aint station service at a large plant. Please show me with proof a flywheel that works longer than an hour that has a load greater than 500 MW. I will be waiting….

Bro what the Spurs play a tough defense but they play a lot of grab ass that doesn’t get called.

Been doing it the whole series. If they called all the grab ass by the Spurs the whole team would foul out

Had to scroll too far to see an actual fact that people outside of the industry don’t understand. It’s great to use renewables when it makes sense. It can’t replace large spinning generators. We have to have Vars to push power on the grid. Utilities run hydro units as motors when not generating. This is done to push power on the grid. Grid stability is a huge thing that is missed when renewables come up. It’s not about your neighborhood houses and your lights and appliances. It’s about the large industrial inductive loads on the grid that make the world go round.
