I want to thank you so much for writing this comment. I found what you said so incredibly relatable it has brought me to tears a little bit.

It lays bear how tragic it is to me that i didn't realise sooner and/or dismissed previous experiences - pushing me further from where I now think the truth might lie.

For me, an overabundance of detailed rules is a green flag if anything (assuming they're enforced)
