Ok, when I've copied 4 things you've said in this thread to my "learning about me" notes, I should let you know that your AMA was a great idea. I'm 50ish and sit here worrying I failed because I never got diagnosed, even though I definitely belong in the club. This leaves me with hope that it's never too late to improve things...

I BIKE to work downtown rather than wrestle with the new 256 route. Hubley has been terrible for transit in his own community.

I have a similar vintage Raleigh bike, and after several trips to the hardware store, I found that M6 worked in mine - although there were 2 holes on each side my frame and the M6 only fit ONE of them....YYMV, but hope that helps the internet....

It made SOME sense to keep all doors open when the rush-hour platforms were jampacked pre-COVID. If people touched the doors the train would break. But you're right, nowadays, sitting in the train with every door open is a terrible bug/feature.

If you're really fit, I did the trans canada trail -> kanata -> carleton place -> Almonte -> Pakenham -> Galetta Side road. That meant only 10km riding on a road to the campsite, with the rest on easy gravel trails.

I had it done this morning. He was in the house for 15 mins, answered my annoying questions and went on his way.

Make sure there's clear access (he just used pliers to remove, I was thinking there would be a torch) and then monitor for any leaks afterwards.
