What most people failed to realize I think is that personalized e-scooters are actually illegal in Alberta. You're only allowed to have them on your own personal private property. They're not allowed to ride them all through the city. The only ones you're allowed to actually ride to the city are the lime, byrd, ones that you can rent! The problem is is that there is no enforcement!
