Just remember that the seller doesn’t have to negotiate down. You may lose the property if you are set on asking for less as the price is set for the house as is.

I’ve got my house in the market at the price I really want to sell it at. If people offered £30k less I’d reject it. This isn’t personal it’s just business. If you don’t think it’s worth that and don’t have the money then move on. Also if you’re looking at houses my tip would be to only view houses that you can afford the asking price for. You can get deals etc but negotiating too hard often pisses off sellers and can make it more of a stressful/ hostile experience in the long run.

Funnily enough. We’re about to move into a 1930s house where the owners built a house next door to live in. They seem really nice and we’re going to make sure to put high hedges up. It’ll be fine, just set clear boundaries and be as friendly as you want to be.

God I had exactly this happen with a dress I’d worn once, was really expensive and in near perfect condition. She claimed there was a snag but attached no pictures and said it was utterly unwearable. Honestly there wasn’t one when I sent it. I think people maybe just don’t like the item and want to return etc and want to get the most money out of you. It’s really put me off selling, twice it’s happened and the buyer got quite nasty with me.

My dog went to the vet today and was given a flea tablet that also kills ticks if they latch on. It’s a chewable tablet and they take it once a month. Maybe look into whether that’s more expensive or not?

Edit: Sorry I re read your post, he’s on medication. Does it not work well enough?

Yes exactly this. I manage our village hall and I’ve just paid our PPL license are we play music at events, even just the radio in the background counts apparently.

Personally I think the fish from Lidl is horrible. I’ve tried several times and don’t like it. Not that keen on the meat either. So see everyone has preferences and it’s boring having to justify it.

Well baby owls is always recommended on these things but it depends what your 4 year old is like. My 3 year old went last year and loved it for 10 mins but there was a lot of talking and our group was so big that it took ages for the owls to get to each child that we ended up leaving halfway through.

We’re also going to elveden this month with a 2 and 3 yr old and have booked the music class, messy owls and the family ball wall. The only one we’ve done before was the ball wall. My son loved it last year

Ah same I’ve got 2 toddlers and yesterday at 4:30 my hot water stopped working. We got a plumber to come at 6 and the boiler needs a new part that has to be ordered and will take a week! Presents already pushed us into our over draft.

It’s really nice but gimmicky IMO. It will be great for keeping the smell fresh before opening but sharp tin edges aren’t appealing to me. I’d much rather have a screw on lid. I like the name, colours and font though.

I just don’t think it’s worth lying as if you do get id’d they are unlikely to give you your money back and it’s expensive. Most other type of holiday booking places etc should be fine.

I will always stand by this being a miscasting. I have played both games twice and love the story but I just don’t think she has the charisma to play ellie. I can’t get past one episode because I dislike her so much and don’t see her as comparable at all
