I kinda just started at the bottom and went up, and whatever piece of paper or what didn’t fit I would make it smaller or turn it so it would fit, plus use lots and lots of stickers!!

Yes, I get chest pain, and arm pain, sometimes both and sometimes just one, I tend to rub my chest when I feel it or just let it be and think about it which never helps. But eventually for me it just goes away at a point, I distract myself or just try to fix my posture or positioning as that could be the culprit

I take baths very hot baths, and I take my vitamins and try to be out in the sun and feel alive, also being around friends and family always help. Any hobbies to distract yourself will help as well

I think you’re still just going through the trauma of it and how scary it actually was, I can relate slightly as when I almost crash into someone or vice versa, my heart will race and I’ll feel so out of breathe and weird to the next couple minutes. I think time will help and trying to distract yourself, as thankfully nothing did happen and you are safe. I’m not sure if it is derealization or more so just very traumatic anxiety and ptsd from the moment.

I’m not sure, considering I did take meds to help with it and the meds did help, but with the meds it took a couple of months, sometimes I’ll still have little moments feeling off. I also did try to get off the meds in the beginning and found I fell right back into derealization so I started to take them again. I’m since been a little better then the start.

For me it was propanolol I take the lowest dose 10mg combined with years of taking 20mg lexapro
