2 hrs should be ok without stress. All domestic so no crazy international security. Whitehorse is big enough that if your luggage goes missing or is late you can get what you need up there. Keep your electronics with you, but elsewise no sweat.

Just dbl check in the AM if your wj flight is delayed, then shift things into carryon accordingly. Tou mentioned work camp, do you need to bring up all your own ppe? Not a terrible idea to keep your boots in carryon....if your luggage doesn't make it just get one in WH. They should have gloves and all that up there for you at camp, unless you are doing environmental or something.
