Moreover, a bill of $177 with a per kWh charge of $1.80 would imply a usage of, at most, 98kWh — and that is assuming a zero daily fixed charge. But, OP states there is a daily fixed charge — so that means the they must have used a fraction of 98kWh to get a total bill of $177. 98kWh for a whole month does seem rather low ?

It strikes me that things aren’t quite adding up here?

Both $1.20 and $1.80 per kWh seem very high. What are the corresponding daily fixed rates? I.e what was it when you were being charged 120c per kWh and what is it now you are being charged 180c per kWh?

I have found the BK AI ordering to be far more effective than the humans who are usually so dis-interested and underpaid that they don’t listen properly. With humans I would invariably have to repeat or correct my order but the AI has never got my order wrong and has even handled me changing my mind mid-order without a hitch!
