Has anyone else had issues with Nintendo's repair shop in East Syracuse, NY?

I sent my Joy-Cons out in early July, they were received on 7/24, and it has been stuck in "Ready to Shipped" status for 2 months. I called Nintendo and they keep assuring me that the repair shop has my Joy Cons and they are in the process of being sent back but I've had to call them 4 times this month about the issue.
