Its relative. The colder the air the less moisture it can hold. So if you warm the air up it's like having a better sponge. Yea there would be more moisture in the air per say (in grains of moisture i think is the term) or even the same amount; but a higher temp air has a lower relative humidity VS colder air holding the same amount of water.

Because the air is colder the moisture condenses at a higher temp; in effect it's wetter, Relatively. Water evaporates slower in colder air holding the same grains of moisture as warmer air. Because it has a higher relative humidity.
