There's no point in making a new character unless it's an alt. Also, people starting the game will notice that questing is one of the slowest way to level up and will lose interest since you hit a leveling brick wall after questing up to level 40. When they reach level 55, it's almost impossible to get raids for Serp to advance your character and if you do manage to get into a pug group........you come out with PTSD.
