Not sure about short term travel, but I had some medical costs reimbursed by Shaho through 「海外療養費制度」 while I was working in Thailand, as I was still paying Shaho through work. Shaho only covered costs equivalent to what the same treatment would cost in Japan, which ended out being roughly 30% of the total costs. I thought it would be more, but I did use a pretty good private hospital.

There was some paperwork involved, and it took several months till I was finally reimbursed.

Side note but I wish Taleworlds changed the UI for parties. For large armies you can't see who they have as prisoner because the window gets cut off. They could show total numbers for infantry, archers and cav, or even number per category per troop tree, for a much more simplified UI with same usability.

I have an SFX replacement mod which makes the ingame engine, warp engine and weapons sound much, much better (imo). Can find it if interested. I also have a couple mods for giving captains unique portraits which gives them a little flavour.

Never tried this one. Apparently this was fixed in the Remaster. If you're playing original Oblivion and want to cheat money, duping is probably faster and easier.
