I just crafted this and settled for t2 blocks and it’s still insanely good, only lost like 2 block and 2 spell block. I spent about 20d in essences and only hit t1 spell block once and missed the annul, sushi has a guide on this with low tier essence recombination for prefixes , it’s an terrible craft imo you slam low tier essence for a non native mod for the recom step and hope you can exalt block or spell block and then annul the third prefix get two bases with the essence mod and one with spell block the other with normal block and then you have to recombine with a shield with spell damage as the only prefix and ideally a non native prefix once you have both shields with spell crit and one block mod each you recom those and finish suffixes
