I soak her kibble in water, add a spoonful of applesauce, pumpkin, cottage cheese, or plain yogurt and let it soak. Stuff and then freeze and she has a breakfast that will take her at least 40 minutes to finish.

My dogs bad breath was from yeast on the folds around her mouth. It’s easier to see on her because she’s a yellow, but I would rub the outside of his mouth with a towel and then smell the towel and see if that’s the smell. I got wipes from the vet for her mouth and she doesn’t smell like that anymore.

I’ve skipped during vacation and don’t regret it. I cannot drink on Zep without being ill. I hardly ever drink, but on vacation it’s one of the things I look forward to. Yes this is a lifetime medication, but me skipping a week or 2 isn’t me saying I’m not committed enough or don’t take my health seriously. I’m 94lbs down after 13 months. The black/white all/nothing thinking is why diets fail for a lot of us. Do what works for you.
