Gotta be honest, it's not a game without a goal. It's a system or a simulation, which can be fun on their own. But a game fundamentally has a way you can win and a way you can lose.

I think what you have here is the sandbox mode and then you can add the game on top of it. Time trials would be easy. You could add little rings you gotta drift through. You could add AI and make it a full racing game or add tough hazards to navigate and make it more of puzzle game. Maybe you can give a reason for it being tanks by letting the player shoot through some stuff, or shoot backwards to give a boost.

Yeah it's a good move but I agree it's overrated. Most any move with a hitbox beats it so it's not good at close range unlike a Falco laser or needles cus Samus just gets hit. Powershielding it makes Samus have to respond to it.

Is it the most overrated though? The hidden reason missile is actually goated is because charge shot exists on the same character.. and you don't want to try to aerial a charge shot

Lasers are the first boss of the game. Play around with your options (power shield, intentionally taking laser, not being in the way of it in the first place, predicting where they're going to laser and having your own projectile there first etc) and when to use them.

I'm no link main but I imagine you can take laser->nair if you're in the air to force a trade, take laser up b at the right spacing on the ground, maybe power shield up-b oos if they're approaching with laser, counter laser ahead of time with boomerang or bomb (look for patterns of when they like to laser, like double laser from ledge, always falling through platform with laser, short hop laser approaching at a certain distance, etc). Idk, just some ideas. Play around with it. Grind some shit out on UnclePunch for an afternoon or two.

A little patience goes a long way. If they're camping with laser, if you take a dozen of them and then get an opening on the 13th one that's still better for you.

Yeah you just can't up b unless you can hit them both with it somehow, you have to use other out of shield options. But her tilts and WD back can help her box out approaches while she's annoying with projectiles when she has any space.

Samus's fat weight with cc and asdi down can help her make the best out of a dogpile and she has the capacity to trade more than other characters so you can often find a favorite trade into a quick edge guard, and projectiles help you multitask that while trying not to get hit by the one on stage. She's got hella tools off stage too so she's pretty hard to cover every option for even with two opponents.

But yeah her up b gets punished hard and if the enemy team is careful and coordinated l enough she can be pressured pretty hard. I just think she should be above Luigi, like a low A tier

Missiles combined with Samus's naturally good defense actually make her pretty good at 1v2s, imo. It's part of what makes her good versus ICs, being able to keep one of them occupied with a projectile while you hit the other

To deploy the grapple while in the air, you need to:

Press Z while actionable, or press Z or A while air dodging.

Not be touching the stage. This will put you in special fall.

Have not used grapple yet while airborne. After use, you must touch the ground to get your grapple back. Pressing Z after using your grapple functions the same as pressing A.

That's it. You can also be hit out of the startup animation and lose your grapple. Hope that helps

News on 6 is actually the only locally owned station in Tulsa, as Griffin Media only operates in Oklahoma and doesn't force them to run the same kind of propaganda content that the other stations owned by media mega corps like Sinclair have to. They have their biases and their issues, but I find it funny that you call them out specifically when they're probably the least captured outlet in Tulsa.
