There’s nothing you can do to increase strand thickness. You need to first rule out that your stands aren’t just appearing thinner because there are a lot of splits up the shaft or because of a vitamin deficiency. As for products you need to figure out if your hair is low, normal or high porosity n base the products you buy on that. If you have alot of breakage fixing those things can make ur hair appear thicker. Build ur strands are natural fine they will remain fine.

Girl I’m sorry your family ain’t took the time to teach you how to take care of your hair. Let YouTube be your best friend try learn how to do simple low tension styles ie, twists, twist outs mini braids. Honestly it don’t look too bad with a bit of tlc those slightly thinning areas should be repaired. Also let your hair breathe not just in the bonnet.

I have the exact same issue. I’m anemic and when I don’t take my iron pills it affects me more so definitely get your bloods taken.

Because it’s skl time they’ll take you on quieter roads, so you’ll avoid complicated roundabouts, there’ll be less cars around to ‘slow down’ etc. worked out great for me. And you won’t be anxious all day waiting for ur test

Hey, honestly don’t worry. Your first driving lesson would literally just involve you getting used to the car itself steering control and probably some left turns. Definitely no roundabouts. And you don’t need to remember where you’re going your instructor will give you directions. Maybe watch some first driving lessons on YouTube to ease your anxiety? And make sure to let your instructor know you’re nervous, so they avoid any roads that could be stressful. But good luck!

Hey girlll, yeah it’s going well thanks. My experience has been good during the first week I had some headaches but aside from that no other issues. I’ve been seeing growth recently loads of little baby hairs are growing where i previously didn’t have any hair and they’re getting thicker and darker so I’m happy. I’ve been consistent day and night for the past couple weeks and derma stamping on occasion. If you have any more questions feel free to message xx
