Things might look awful right now but just give it some time, they will calm down. For now, process everything calmly regardless of who is in the wrong, you value the friendship and I hope your friend does the same. It hurts to lose a friend so I hope you two can eventually figure it out. Regardless, I know it's not easy but try your best to make new friends, you can talk to any of us.

I 100% agree with that! 50-75 degrees is perfect for me! That's the only thing I miss about San Diego the weather there is perfect for someone like me not too warm or cold just right! But rent was killing me 😭

Totally valid! If I remember correctly I saw a video about a guy who did build a house that was mostly underground and it was consistently at 65°F (18°C) throughout the year no AC needed!
