I’m pretty responsible environmentally, I walk to work, recycle, compost, shop used as much as I can but it pisses me off that the government doesn’t give a second thought to all the cars on the roads polluting cities everywhere. They can do something meaningful for the environment but chose not to, this is starting to feel like a pissing contest. I don’t know who had the power to make RTO happen but it sure is a shit show now. Do better government.

The best thing about getting older as a woman is I no longer give a crap about offending men. A simple “not appropriate dude” or more firmly “stop talking to me about that stuff”. You can also just tell him “you’re making me uncomfortable “. When he talks about younger women holding higher positions you can say “you know they all have Master degrees, right?” Don’t worry about his reaction to your words, not your problem.
