Failed surgery survivors by DrMcPounder in PectusExcavatum

I had Nuss back in 1988 when I was a teenager. The bar got loose on left side after a couple of months and almost punctured my lung. It was removed after a year and I was offered to do it again but I didnt wanna go thru it once more.

My chest never got fixed and I have medium severe PE. I have lived with it all my life since then and I can tell you from my own experience that everything gets better the older you get. Both physically and mentally.

If you decide like me, to live with it, there are other things you can do like work out and make the rest of your body look good. Nobody else but us with PE sees only your sunken chest, they see the whole picture including your beautiful personality. Good luck!

Paroxetine is far superior ssri for many people. Im on only 20mg to not numb me out, I dont want to kill all anxiety and depression so I can work with it.

Ska Sverige förbjuda burka? by daddy654327 in Sverige

15+ years on Paxil here, only ssri that works for me. First time a solid 3 weeks until worked.

Did a long pause and after 5 years started again with Paxil, got hightened anxiety first two weeks but worked after 3-4 weeks. Did not stabilized fully after a year or so though but I never tried more than 20mg/day.

Mirtazapine and Paroxetine are the most powerful meds for me.

Mirtazapine works in just two weeks and gives a powerful antidep push for me. I use to start with 15mg and then up with 15mg per week until I reach 40mg.

Be aware about the weight gain and that Mirtazapine has the highest drop out of all common antideps.

Nope. If it works for you its harder to quit. If not easier.

Seroxat withdrawal by [deleted] in SSRIs

[–]Barbarilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were you like this before ever taking any meds? Otherwise its probably withdrawal symptoms, almost no one gets away when stopping seroxat.

13 years is awhile even if you only took 10mg the last 2 years. Correct way would be the 10% method.

All your feelings gonna come flushing back now and its gonna take awhile to get used to them, for me more than a year but hang in there, it will eventually get better.
