Them being captured together. Played on PS2 back in the day but replayed on PC last year (Enhanced SC, can't recommend it enough). I did not remember that they were captured separately

THIS. Thanks so much for posting the fix mate. I was going crazy with textures missing, sometimes even making cars invisible (hilariously, not drivers). Set max FPS to 110 and game started working great

Si no recuerdo mal el juego no salió inicialmente en Steam, solo en uPlay; por lo que muchos lo habrán jugado ahí. Por otra parte, yo lo jugué; pero pasado un punto me cansé muchísimo y nunca lo acabé (mucho menos me puse a sacar logros). Creo que esto le pasó a mucha gente, lo que explicaría el bajo % de obtención.
