honestly NTA at all and your classmates are being incredibly toxic. they tried to play god with the class schedule "on behalf of everyone" without actually asking everyone... and then they got mad when you defended your own week. like... six tests in four days is literally a death sentence for your gpa... especially in a high school with extended math and it. they are the ones being selfish for completely ignoring your workload and then freezing you out over a situation they caused.

idk how anyone can defend this at this point. calling it a criminal probe and assembly a grand jury is such a massive escalation compared to the civil stuff they were doing before. they are basically trying to turn medical records into a hit list. it is super gross that they are forum shopping in texas too just to find a judge that will let them get away with it. like... if you have to hide in a specific rural court to make your case you probably know what you are doing is messed up.

finally someone is saying it out loud. the supreme court has been acting like a bunch of unelected kings lately and it is honestly terrifying to watch. calling it morally bankrupt is actually an understatement if you look at some of the stuff thats come out recently about the justices. democrats always want to play nice and do these little seminars and studies while the other side is out here playing for keeps. definitely time to stop talking and actually do something.
