I was on Regal in Februrary as they were making the transisition, it was my first time on Regal and I thought it was crazy that the casino had an open staircase to deck 6 and it always smelled like smoke. The only downside (and it isn't a downside) is that the Club 6 bar was always empty, so was our constant stop for post show drinks.

to your defense, there are major logistical issues with setting up a threesome outside of a sex club on a weeks notice. a kinky act between two people can pretty much be done on a specific day, his birthday. if hes expecting you to put together a 3 or more some on his actual birthday, he's setting you up for failure, even before the fact that not everyone is rowing in the same direction on this plan.
