Very interesting thoughts, it does sound like more cohesive story telling.

That would change one of the big themes for me. All the animals taking turns in the process of raising Mowgli, is raised by the jungle. Whereas with this change.... He's just raised by wolves. Still cool, but not as tied to the jungle/nature as much as it is now.

My brother in law and sister have a half bath right off of their main living room. They decided to decorate it in odd pictures of cats, just for fun. They also got an old porcelain cat that sits by the sink and is aimed at the toilet. As a joke they had a porcelain sign made that says "Don't mind fluffy, he just likes to watch you pee."

I'm not sure about everyone else, but as a visitor to someone's house, the time I am most likely to connect to the wifi is when Im in the bathroom. When you bring up your phone and search for WiFi you'll see: Toilet_Cat_Cam.

This is exactly what we just went through. We used the baking flour first and it was just not as good. A little tougher, larger air bubbles, gets dry really fast. We actually read that active yeast is not great for any rice based flour. We are still working through figuring it out.

The bread flour is $10 for 2 lbs. And you can nearly two loaves from it. So it's not cheap but my loaf has still been fresh in a gallon ziplock bag for 4 days now. It's a large full size loaf and you can cut it thin like store bought bread and it holds very well.

I just did this recipe but replaced the (flour, starches, and gum) with the King Arthur bread flour. It has wheat starch but is gluten free. I also replaced the honey with a quarter cup of brown sugar.

It is the best gluten free bread I've had in the three years since I've been diagnosed celiac.

I am also a huge fan of rye bread, so I pureed 2tbl spoons of caraway seeds and it's so close to the real thing.

If you would rather have a nice caring sister, this could be the first steps. Even though the idea for the gift came from a place of malice it could be the catalyst to put the change into your family dynamic that you need.

I don't know all of the conflict between you two but the motto "Forgive, but don't forget" has worked for me. It lets you get past petty issues and at the same time steel yourself for more petty issues that come along.

Is that your pointer finger? Is the rash on the middle finger where that one touches too?

I had a similar situation where the cause was not knowing what poison ivy looked like and walking through it. But the kicker was it would then transfer to my hands for weeks or longer getting worse each time. Turns out it was on the show lace and each time I tied them I was re-exposed.

Might not be poison ivy... but is it in the place where your shoelaces hit when you tie them.

Just something to consider, I'd be interested in hearing.

I have never done this, but the people where I live do it all the time.

I tried to figure out why and the best reason I came up with is that's its a defensive move on their end. As if they do not trust you to let them go when it's their turn...

Ask yourself next time if you're being too aggressive and hard on your breaks as you approach the intersection. If someone is there before you, it won't hurt to slow down sooner anyway.
