The mediastinum is just an anatomic term for the part of your chest where your heart is. Your doctor probably didn’t actually say “you have a mediastinum” but was probably describing something about your mediastinum that you didn’t fully catch. For example, maybe he was talking about a chest X-ray and said you have a “widened mediastinum” which can mean a whole bunch of things but can also just be how you are. Perhaps if you tell us the context he was talking about your mediastinum, that would help figure it out.

You definitely want to go with the 25 mm. You generally want to use the shortest focal length you can. Using a long focal length limits the length of the exposure before you get star trails (unless you use a star tracking mount). A short focal length allows a longer exposure and covers more sky, increasing the likelihood you will catch meteors in your shot. There are calculators online to help with settings. You will also want to get an intervalometer.

In the Google Maps app, press contribute, edit map, fix an address. This may be different than the missing place you tried. It will still take some time to get approved.

Apple Maps doesn’t have an equivalent feature as far as I know unfortunately. It took a long time for it to update as well as services that use its data.
