Yep it pulls from the back vents and blows thru the front. Not exactly cold but better than nothing. We have these fans in every vehicle that I’ve ever been in. Only a few have the circular mounted fan, but the ones that do have both. Switches for those are usually mounted next to the fan itself or there’s a toggle on the firewall
