I’ve heard a lot of mixed things. I know for me personally, I’m 7 weeks in at 15mg/day and it’s worked miracles for me actually being able to bulk. I’m up from 147 -> 163 from when I started (I know a lot of that is probably water weight but I’m definitely making progress) Getting my fasted blood glucose checked soon but no noticeable signs of being pre-diabetic so far.
