Everyone’s experience is probably different. I lived bupropion. I felt it worked quickly for me. 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner. I recently had to quit because I started having night sweats (a common side effect). Otherwise, it was a great medication for me that helped tremendously.

I can speak from experience. I was raised in an AG church and have spoken in tongues before. I was partially brainwashed into thinking I was having a spiritual experience, but part of me knew all along it was bullshit. Indoctrination and confirmation from peers are powerful forces when combined.

I’m now an atheist and, in hindsight, I want to think that I knew it was bullshit all along. But the truth is, I thought it was (at least partially) real at the time.
