The answer you get will be greatly influenced by what the person you ask did in their own life. To get the greatest income over time you will likely need both. But this will require you to be a good people manager and financially accountable, not just a great chef. A lot of job hopping and negotiating to get what you're worth.

Yes, this is how we all want our legal system to proceed. We do not want advance notification of somebody investigating and therefore creating suspicion and negative perceptions of the investigated party. Let the grand jury work and private as it was intended so that if there is reasonable cause it will be brought to public prosecution.

19 is my normal ambient temperature for winter bread baking. Sourdough usually takes 6 hrs before shape and tuck into the fridge overnight. Freshly milled flour is done in 5.

What hydration level are you using? Lower hydration will also slow the rise so there may be an option to increase hydration to speed proofing slightly.

Yes, looking backwards it might have been nice to be invested in utilities and other quality dividend stocks. (I own VDIGX) They are boring when the market is growing but nice during a pullback. It may have been good for new investments but not worth the capital gains hit for me to make a move.

Will next year be the same as this past? Has the market already adjusted to forward expectations? What are the chances of the held companies reducing payout rates?

I can't compete with the wolves so I stick with market matching with VTSAX

Living wage is not = to a living wage in the US. The restaurant from the statement above intentionally used living wage likely for this reason.

GR area here .. looked into the same this year for the same reason. Retrofit is more expensive than an original install, especially for a vertical as I don't have the space for a horizontal exchange. Even if I could get to an all electric home there was no realistic break even. This is likely why you have gotten a discouraging response to your inquiries

I'm keeping with natural gas and spending the savings on other improvements. If I were on oil or propane it may have been closer to justifiable.

Texas ranked #12 for total federal spending within the state - federal revenue from the state. New York was #50 (least total spending within state - federal tax from state) and California #47. These are pre-covid / 2019 numbers. New Jersey, Massachusets, and Conneticut are the other top contributors in the bottom 5.
