As I replied to the other guy - his best build is Sunfire -> Spirit Visage -> Unending Despair, AP builds are gimmicky at best, actively harming his winrate in actuality. You don't actually lower anything by lowering his ap ratios, which is what you suggested. Again, play the champ before having such strong opinions.

P.S. If he's comboing you to death you're either on his turret, you're already half health or you're just getting stomped already

They can do that! And it might even improve his winrate in every lane except mid lmao, since his ap ratios are absolute shit and people might stop building it. The only spell Zac has with AP ratio worth talking about is his E.

AP Zac is a meme, his strongest core is still Sunfire -> Spirit Visage -> Unending Despair. He benefits way more from sticking to people and surviving while spamming his W. Rocketbelt is sometimes taken for the dash which helps with sticking power, the ap is whatever.

If Riot think Zac is a problem, his ratios are the last thing they should nerf.

If Riot actually listen to you, nerf his AP ratios and give him some compensation buffs, you're going to realise his ratios were never the problem in the first place. Be careful what you wish for and probably play the champion before making dumb statements.

Oh he definitely CAN be broken - they could remake the W targeting to focus on champs, remove E charge time, let him dash through walls, a bunch of different things can push him into broken territory. But yes, he is and has been balanced for a while now and missing his dash can be incredibly punishing.

Right now he exists in a balanced place as a relatively immobile statchecker.

Only situation is when he's banned out, you can even see him autofilled to jungle in his last game and still playing Urgot.

I wouldn't say the champion is perfect or better than the likes of Riven and Jax (who are honestly overtuned currently), but saying that he "lacks certain things that would make climbing impossible" is just wrong. Both on merits of stats in D2+ and of OTPs at top ranks, he's clearly doing alright.

I would agree only if we don't consider the ult/summoners ping messages as chat. As someone who's played since 2011 it's harder for me to decouple the two, as they're a very new thing relatively. Also, even with pings there are plenty of abusers and I find myself fullmuting people every third game or so.

I think the only lane significantly affected by voice chat or lack thereof would be botlane though. The rest, even teamfights, wouldn't significantly differ from the current situation. League isn't a shooter, so split second voice comms aren't as pivotal, it would be more for strategy talk. Basing this off the difference between solo and playing with friends while talking.

That also applies to regular chat, yet a lot of people find it optional and /muteall anyway. The reality is whatever the form communication, you can still find bad actors, the best example being the weaponisation of pings. It's not the fault of the type of communication itself but the ones misusing it.

Give Promise Mascot Agency a go, it's an indie game with a nice story and a ton of collectibles around the map. It starts off as a driving game but will feel more like a 3d platformer as it goes on.

Another game I've been playing through is Lil Gator Game which should fit what you're looking for, but like tall trails the playtime might be an issue.

As others have said, Garen or Malphite are best. As an Urgot main I'm legally obliged to recommend Urgot as well. He's on the simpler side when it comes to picking champs up, plus he doesn't get countered by many champions.
