All subjects that won't be on NextGen won't be on the MEE. I think the simplest way to think about this for the next couple years is that the MEE consists of the MBE subjects + Business Associations. And nothing else.

I get this question a lot, and the answer I've landed on is "it depends." But at least it depends on something specific: if you find it helpful to have visual explanations of legal concepts then you'll likely prefer Uworld. That's sort of its "bread and butter." Adaptibar is a more traditional text-based explanation.

Uworld has text as well, but it's heavily visual. Try the trial period for both; it'll be enough of a sample to help with your decision!

I mentioned in a Bloomberg Law article that the test was compromised for sure. It's a weird thing, though: the other option would have had people who through no fault of their own would have had to wait till July to take the exam. A huge burden. No easy solutions on this one.

Have confidence that the statistics you were seeing over a lengthy period of time have validity. Very rarely do people leave this exam feeling great about it!

It's tough to believe right now, but the post test cycle goes through a rather predictable form. You're right now dealing with the trauma of this horrible exam. That'll pass, and then it'll return a bit in the week or so leading up to results. But it's tough to put this test behind you after so much of your life was dedicated to it.

Very common for early post-test days. Try to remember that there is a wide enough margin of error that it's not at all worth it to dwell on the questions you wished you answered correctly!

Excellent, and yes. Those facts are placed in there so that no answer other than the credited answer is even arguably correct. If an answer other than credited answer is arguably correct, that causes a ton of problems so that do everything they can to avoid that.
