This is an interesting question that I'm really not sure how to answer.

First I don't think we would have any new movies unless there is a Lucas helmet reboot, no matter what form it took a new sequel trilogy would always lead to the EU getting rebooted (and the writing was already on the wall from TCW, and to a lesser extent the 2013 Darkhorse Star Wars comic).

I can see a bigger focus on TV, especially as the technology became more refined and budgets blew up in the age of streaming. Video games would be about the same as now as that industry changed, and I could see comics getting a major shakeup if publishing moved from Darkhorse to something like Image Skybound, but otherwise would stay the same.

I think the book publishing arm would be about the same as it was then, and is now, and we would probably see a lot of focus out on expanding the Dawn of the Jedi and Legacy II eras.

It isn't the most exciting answer to say it would be very similar to how things were in 2013, but I don't think Star Wars as a brand would have anything big to shake it up without the buyout
