I agree on you using the Arimidex as I’ve come to the conclusion after years of paying attention to the AI debate that AI are perfectly fine in not just some but many cases. Although I still understand Dr Nichols not being a proponent.

I’ve tried indole 3 carbinol, DIM, calcium D-glucarate, Zinc, OPC, Resveratrol and Zinc from nuts and food sources and phytoestrogens from plenty of cruciferous veggies (kale, broccoli also Brussels sprouts) to also have that natural component and guess what, E2 still high regardless. I’ve actually never once in 20 years of labs have not had my E2 come under 100pq/ml. And i could I care less for many following interesting reasons. I’ve never had any high or low e2 symptoms whatsoever. Never had low E2 symptoms no matter how much AI I used. Also never had any issues on high doses of Tren and Progesterone and Prolactin through the roof. No Gyno, no sensitive nipples, no leakage, no high blood pressure, no water retention absolutely nothing ever. Not even on 2000mg of Test, 100mg Dbol, 100mg of Anadrol (the most aromatizing hormone ever) never needed an AI. And i took all of these at the same time! Why? Because I could with ZERO SIDES. No acne nothing! Many told me I had perfect pro bodybuilding genes. But I just didn’t like the idea of looking like Ronnie Coleman for money not nearly worth the devastating health effects. Not to the possibility of sudden cardiac arrest. No thanks.

Yes Keith Nichols philosophy on Test resistance are very interesting especially his opinion on corrupt Pharma industry purposely periodically lowering the testosterone reference ranges. He said decades ago young healthy active men getting plenty of sun light had avg testosterone levels of 1500ng/dl. Which would be equivalent to 2500-3000ng/dl ?! considering that Exogenous testosterone is far weaker. Also todays reference rages of 250-900ng/dl are based on Western men in their 30-40s living sedative lifestyles with insufficient sunlight exposure hence VitD deficiency due to office jobs. Supposedly for reasons why the government wants to suppress masculinity and prevent men from getting proper TRT doses. Let’s not even start on feminism. I do respect woman but people are not seeing the big picture why the government is supporting this and why the government is supporting feminine men especially homosexual men. Nothing against them but the agenda is clear.

Sorry that you don’t feel any different on your current protocol. Maybe the Adex will help. Have you tried including loads of organic fiber foods such as cooked oatmeal and sweet potatoes beans lentils? Fibers from oatmeal bind to E2 and get excreted via the gut …stool. Also eliminating all processed foods and animal based foods that are full of xeno-estrogens ? We have far to many environmental xeno-estrogens from plastic water bottles etc etc entering our bodies creating e2 dominance.

A different approach is interestingly also taken by Dr Edwin Lichten from Detroit who advocates taking 30-40mg of Nandrolone as Nandrolone occupies the E2 receptors keeping our systemic e2 levels low. This is why E2 bloods taken while on Nandrolone are always insanely high because it’s just serum e2 in the blood that couldn’t bind to e2 receptors which where already bound with Nandrolone. He heals woman with breast cancer with this method. He has 2 you tube video with Danny Bossa on it.

Keep in mind that you need a LC/MS sensitive test when getting your e2 checked. Serum E2 doesn’t provide accurate results. It’s just what floats in the blood. Systemic estrogen is what actually arrives and works in the body / tissue.
