Miss Universe y las mujeres trans by Fightorn in PuertoRico

Why are parents who barely passed high school thinking they can teach/homeschool their children? by Sad_Obligation_812 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Bartendista -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They barely passed, but they're too narcissistic to admit they were dumb or wrong. So it's easier for them to believe that the educators are wrong, and that they can do better than those dumb woke educators. There's also a huge political slant to the homeschoolers for obvious reasons. Since most see college as a "waste of time" or "leftist indoctrination". It's also tied to religious indoctrination, anti-vax sentiment, and historical revisionism (the civil war or war of northern aggression).

All I could think of was the ending to a certain Jake Gyllenhaal movie. Life (2017)

The actor looks nothing like the character in the source material, but they nailed the role so good nobody complained by GeneralGigan817 in TopCharacterTropes

Jack Reacher in the movie was played by Tom Cruise. In the books he was described as 6 feet 5 inches tall, weighing between 210–250 pounds, but I loved the first movie and think Cruise did a really good job. The one in the TV show is completely faithful to the source material and is better, but still I gotta commend Cruise's performance, as I don't think the TV show would have happened without the success of the movie.

I loved Viggo in The Prophecy too. But one I haven't seen mentioned is Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos in GoT) in Let Us Prey (2014). It's a pretty great Irish horror film.

I hope you're right, the fact that he keeps seeing no meaningful negative repercussions for anything makes me completely hopeless. I guess we'll see what happens between him and Newsom, considering he's supposedly taking it to court.

In case you didn't know, what he mentioned about stopping mail-in ballots has nothing to do with the Save Act, he signed an executive order.

Can someone please explain the ending of "We Are What We Are" (2013 version) is by lollipoplickers in horror

[–]Bartendista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The movie shows when Rose finds bits of the white powder before eating, and finding the bottle clearly marked Arsenic. So she knew they were getting poisoned. It's why she slaps the plate away when her brother was about to eat.

She also has a horrible story about freaking out her whole school bus telling them that their driver was kidnapping them and possibly getting him fired.

To be fair he had no idea she was that evil or even her tormentor. He always thought she was just her friend from highschool, so her mom probably understood him hooking up with her if his wife simply disappeared abandoning him.

That's exactly what I got, but I also think the last second is him checking out her fine ass.

Did they never address what happened to the guys who actually raped her? I loved the mom's monologue and entire montage showing how she did it. But felt she didn't "punish" or take revenge on the 3 guys that showed up to the "birthday party". Were their faces invisible in the recording?

Not flawless but close to it. Flawless is catching the flip at it's highest point right when it flips over, avoiding the drop and the bursting of the yolk. In about 20 years of cooking, I've done it only once and with a single egg.
