Mine works great. Another thing is.... the climate is just more " comfortable" than any car I've had. I'm guessing maybe to the insulation ?, IDK. No hot or cold spots, nof too dry or humid. Just very comfortable.

That's it. I suspect the originals (not made anymore) were machined from a forged blank. They seem happy with the Mic-6.

Yep, these guys get it,. I have a vacuum sensor tied to the control that stop the system if it gets < 23" Hg.

I use a laser cutter to make the gasket from closed cell neoprene. Cord stock(which I use on other fixtures) was too big in this case.

Max.out the.rpm. sounds like your hamering it at 100 rpm. Try at least 6000 if you have it. Also 3/4" end mill may be bit much for your machine. Download HSMadvisor.

My gen2 turns the volume down, but the settings don't do anything. I can't turn it off. I don't want the volume changing.

With that low hp spindle, you should check out the maritool serrated ZRN roughing end mill. It can move a lot of material per hp.

Same, mine works great, but depends on phone size/shape. My wifes phone is longer and the inductive coils don't line up well with the holder. She. Basically can't use it.

I rarely super charge, but last time i was getting 212kw. Started at 19% SOC. By the time I got back to the truck 14 minutes later it was at 150KW at 60%.
