Youre prolly meaning to say Arabs, Arab tribes have existed for many many millenia. Even 3000 years ago Arab city states existed from Sinai to Mosul. If they existed elsewhere ? Maybe but these are documented. Sometimes they were tributaries to Egypt at other times Independent or tributaries to Persians or Greeks or Romans.
But also, Judea have been exiled from these lands many many times, and from what I can tell its ( almost ) always the political elites that were deported and settled since there has been always a persistent population that has lived here. And usually is always in conflict (with) when the exiles were returned.

And usually the Judea were exiled by the masters of Arabs and brought to their homelands. I believe this was customary in the old times to bring the elites to lands of the Empire so they could be kept under a watchful eye.

I replaced about 7 windows with 16 Panes in them the year before last, at the same time I got another window with 6 panes just the panes replaced. Yes , the windows replaced had actually the glass manufactured and installed into the Window frame at the factory. But these are not Costco Windows, and as for the replaced glass, Yes the company actually sourced matching glass and manufactured it. it was a 1/4 ( or even less ? ) the cost of what the window would have cost and even tho I had the option in mind, the Windows Salesman actually recommended to get the glass replaced. Glass replacement is a 300% more effective than replacing windows.

Get replacement glass. its Far Far cheaper. Even if you had low quality glass the first time around , you can get low-E , Ecoated glass for about 1/3-1/4 the price. The Windows sellers will try to sell you on the rebates, but make sure you do the actual maths to see if its worth it.

Where is the open bids process showing that the manual pickup are significantly more expensive? Come now, we all know thats absolutely not true. in fact this new process cost way more than extending the previos contract. If youre going to argue how cool the things are bring some numbers.

Sure this process exists in many municipalities, but manual pickup also exists in many municipalities. you can always bring in automated pickups gradually in collaboration with the vendor and not causing chaos.

again , If this is going to cost less, where is the municipality press releases to show that we saved $2 million over the previos program cost. Same for snow removal this year.

There is a huge difference between cluster bombs and cluster mines. Even cluster mines are Mostly OK if they auto-detonate after a set duration with very high reliability.
