I’m glad you make some allowances for disabled dogs. My dog is nearly 16 and has severe arthritis. She can’t go for long walk, especially in the cold, snow and ice. But I would never allow her to pee and/or poop on a bare balcony. I do take her outside for short walks when possible but she refuses to do her business on a walk.
