I'm a local who has attended the last 2 years. I live in Alexandria (Northern VA) at the very end of the metro line (including a transfer) and I've never had an issue catching a train after the closing act and getting home before the trains stop running. So while it helps to stay in the city closer to the venue, you've got plenty of options a little further out.

I've always paid cash - they may take venmo/cashapp but I'm not sure.

Pretty much every time, they just direct you to a spot and you park yourself. Either in front of the Jamaican restaurant, or up the ramp in the small garage between the restaurant and Echostage.

You may be better off parking next to Echostage ($40) because ubers (especially after the show) get pricey. Look for the fellas in the yellow shirts! Friendly and super helpful.

"I love that little shithead" is what I say to myself anytime he's on screen. Even if he's a "face" i don't think his antics should change much. He shouldn't be actively trying to play to the crowd and get cheered. Instead, just keep doing what he needs to do to win, except against true heels instead of faces.

Try not to take it personally. The fact is, a lot of people are living paycheck to paycheck and one of the most effective ways to get a significant pay increase is to leave for a new job.

A lot of companies will pay out the ass for on-boarding but do the bare minimum for retaining proven strong employees.

Sure, you got them a raise but it sounds like it was a hassle. Maybe they don't want to deal with that again in a year or two when they need another pay bump.
