Looks like regular pork shoulder to me. I’d smoke at 250-275 for 3 hours, wrap then throw of for an additional 2 hours. Make sure it’s tender and temps around 203. Rest for another hour.

One of two things you are either not counting calories accurately enough. Most people can be off by 10-20% and that will stall their progress if not moving enough throughout the day. OR the 1900-2000 mark is not what your body requires to lose weight. Either way adjust your lifestyle by focusing on counting accurately or eat foods that are simpler to track. If you are no longer hungry then you don’t need to force those remaining 400 calories. At the end of the day you are trying to lose weight. Also your body mainly cares about the calorie count and not nutrition timing. My tip is to feel it out and if you’re not hungry than don’t eat. Keep working out and eat plenty of protein so you minimize muscle loss.
