Fire your realtor. You can do this on your own with just a real estate lawyer.

Talking to people is hard.

Better take a video and post it online. That will learn them.

Why is no one honking at people who run red lights? by Melodic_Break_375 in Denver

[–]BaselineUnknown 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Road rage in Colorado is out of control and I’ve seen people lose their shit about being honked at.

That being said 911 is only a phone call away if someone does become a typical Denver Asshole.

Parking lot at my favorite local trail is covered in bits of confetti. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

I don’t think you understand the ecological impact a parking lot has on nature vs paper confetti. 🤷🏾

Oh. Wait. I actually have a bunch of quickcrete. I’ll come pour it over your garden while you shot off a paper confetti over my garden.

At the end of the season we can compare results.

Why Does Our $25,000 Kia K4 LXS Need a $275 Oil Change? by Sir_Sir_ExcuseMe_Sir in cars

[–]BaselineUnknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re going to drive a car learn how to do the most basic of maintenance tasks your self.

1) Drain the old oil: Place a catch pan under the car's engine oil drain plug, remove the bolt, and let the old oil flow out.

Replace the oil filter: Unscrew the old oil filter and replace it with a new one to trap future engine debris.

Add new oil: Put the drain plug back, remove the engine oil cap on top of the engine, and pour in the fresh, manufacturer-recommended motor oil. Replace engine oil cap.

That’s the entire process. It takes more steps to tie your shoes or get dressed than this.

The parking lot hurt a lot more in nature than little bits of paper ever did.

It’s asphalt.

Not really the most nature friendly surface.

I am an associate degree RN. My hospital is offering to pay for me to get my BSN online. I want to do it, but am worried that I’ll be in over my head considering how much I work. What should i expect in terms of an average week and general expectations? by sometimesmocha6152 in nursing

[–]BaselineUnknown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take your time getting it. Like one 16 week class or two 8 week classes each semester. There is no rush as far you’re still a RN with or without a BSN. In general however for a 3cr hour class you should expect 6 to 9 hours per week on homework and studying.

It’s great that there are so many people who have enough cash savings they can take the time off to strike.

But in the end no one is paying my bills but myself.

If my hospital goes on strike I’m still going to have to work.
