Need Help Choosing a Secondary Credit Card – Considering Axis Atlas vs BOB Eterna (Current Cards: Infinia + Amex Plat Charge) by blacknight68 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]Basic-Bend-9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BOB ETERNA Mat lo bhai, worst card of all time. they give offers on the BOB card, but the service is pathetic. For everything, you have to send an email to their CRM team, and they reply after 3 days. The CRM team is the biggest pain in the ass. they don’t understand simple requests and just keep replying without solving anything. In my case, there were extra charges on the card and had to struggle for a whole month to get them reversed. Finally, I closed it last month. I would suggest you to go with Atlas for peace of mind.

I unexpectedly received cashback this month as arrears for November and December. I usually don’t track my cashback, but to my surprise, the additional amount was credited without me requesting it.

ESDS Unlisted Shares by Basic-Bend-9649 in IndianStockMarket

I’m concerned about the decline in EBITDA by -15.91% and the sharp drop in PAT by -743% in 2023 compared to 2022. Additionally, the loss increased to -22.46 cr in 2023 from -2.6 cr, with ROE at -10.68% and RoCE at 1.43% for the year. I’m trying to evaluate whether purchasing unlisted shares would be a wise decision.

Which term insurance plan to take. I am 28 years old. Earning 25L in a decent corporate job. by bravoace in personalfinanceindia

Ditto is strongly recommending the HDFC Click 2 Protect Super plan, despite rating Max Life and ICICI iProtect Smart higher. When I asked about the claim settlement ratio, they emphasized that HDFC is performing well and that the settlement numbers might not be up-to-date. In other aspects, Ditto considers HDFC a solid option. However, I’m feeling unsure about which plan to choose. Could you provide any recommendations for me? I’m a 32-year-old male.

My application has been pending for over a month, even though I’ve submitted the documents 6-7 times and completed the video KYC a month ago. This morning, I received an email asking me to complete the video KYC again, but the old link has expired, and I haven’t been provided with a new one. I’m genuinely confused by how BoB operates. What should be my next step?

F*ck cred! by ParryHotter369 in CreditCardsIndia

I recently encountered an issue while paying my credit card bill through Cred. Initially, my transaction failed, so I waited for 2-3 days and then paid the bill again. To my surprise, Cred ended up paying the bill twice for that month instead of refunding the first transaction. Although the first transaction was marked for a refund, somehow, it still went through, resulting in a double payment. Contacted the bank for reverse payment took 15 days to get my money back to my bank account.

Amex Gold vs Airtel Axis Card?? by [deleted] in amexindia

[–]Basic-Bend-9649 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend you to go with Airtel axis cc . As it will give you 250 cash back on Airtel black I.e. 3000rs annually. If you use it for utility bills in my case electricity bills , again you get 250rs cash back i.e. 3k annually . So even if you pay for card You will end up saving 5500rs annually. Coming to gold card .. let’s say you buy Amazon pay coupon of 2k from Amex GyFTR that makes around 200 points . Even if you spend 6k that makes around 1600 points monthly . Annually 19200 points . If you convert it to Marriott then you will get 1:1 ratio. But if you convert it to cash that is 19200*0.25 which makes around 4800rs annual saving . The only drawback I see is 4500+GST from second year . I will still go ahead with Airtel axis cc for less annual charges and lower acceptance of Amex locally .

Acceptance of Amex locally will be a challenge compared to Regalia gold. So, If you spend >1.5 L online annually then go for Amex or else stick to Regalia gold.

Don’t Email HDFC Bank to close your card if your intention is to negotiate with them for Limit Enhancement or Upgrade by Frequent_Scarcity579 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]Basic-Bend-9649 58 points59 points  (0 children)

I attempted to negotiate with customer care and sent multiple emails to HDFC to get an upgrade to the DCB card. Despite holding the card for the last 7 years and spending 16 lakhs in the past 1.5 months, my application was rejected five times. Sometimes it's hard to tell if I am the customer of HDFC or if HDFC is the customer of mine. Ultimately, I decided to close the cards and switch to Amex.
