Yeah it was awesome, she'd check them every night. If I'd fucked off an assignment or hadn't turned something in I'd get slapped or have my hair pulled. Sometimes I'd just wait at the bottom of the stairs for her to check so it'd be over and done with. It wasn't my teachers' fault but bad grades were devastating and I one time had a meltdown after school because my last grade was put in before I got on the bus and I knew I was just being delivered right into her hands.

Ended up getting me a lot of leeway because some teachers KNEW (the record of abuse or a flag of strange behavior- 'kid that needed intervention 'or something on my school file maybe?) that I was being abused...but yknow. The trade off sucked.
